Chip Novick has been an executive search professional/consultant for 14 years and has worked with a broad range of clients across the globe. He has helped companies and organizations of all sizes grow by attracting and retaining the people needed to rapidly build profitable businesses and adapt to the digital landscape.

 

Chip is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor who worked as an international consultant in the wireless industry before becoming CEO of Zave Networks, a digital coupon/loyalty start up he co-founded in 2006. Google acquired Zave Networks in 2011.

 

He cut his marketing and advertising teeth working with Procter & Gamble on new products and established brands at DMB&B - NY. He later joined Whittle Communications and was a co-founder of the Channel One television network where he worked with top clients such as PepsiCo, McDonald’s and M&M Mars to usher in a new era of targeted media well before the Internet made it common place in consumer marketing. He later marketed software with Novell, was GM of a direct marketing company and spent more than 5 years at Sprint PCS as head of the consumer business unit where he and his team grew annual revenue to $10 billion faster than any company before or since and introduced the first smartphone as well as the camera phone that are both so common now.

 

Chip received his AB degree from Duke University and was the first 3/2 program graduate of Duke's Fuqua School of Business, where he received his MBA with a Marketing concentration and has also served on the Fuqua Board of Visitors.

 

His search practice at Bialla is diverse and covers all aspects of Digital Marketing, Mobile & Internet Technology, all Consumer Products, Sports, Media and Entertainment, Software and SaaS companies, searching for the right talent at the CEO level and their direct reports, as well as outside Directors.
